Refunds
We are committed to delivering the highest standard of service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
The item must be unused. If the item is not in unused condition we reserve the right to refuse your return or deduct a charge based on its condition. We will not cover the cost of returning unwanted goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of the return postage.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the item. Your refund will be made using the same method of payment originally used, if this is not possible for any reason we will contact you.
Until we have received a return you are responsible for the goods and the condition that they are returned in. Please ensure that the item is packaged sufficiently so no damage occurs as it may affect your refund.
Non-returnable items
We are unable to accept the return of any item which is bespoke or has been made to your dimensions or colour unless it has arrived damaged or there is a manufacturing fault.
