All of our items are made to order. Our average lead time for orders is 5 weeks.

Delivery

  • All deliveries are a one-man service as standard to your doorstep. Please ensure you are able to assist the driver with large furniture items or have someone able to do so on delivery. If for any reason the driver has to enter your home or premises we are not liable for any damages caused to your property.

  • For smaller items, we use a courier company but for larger items, we usually deliver in person and will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

  • While we will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the time or times agreed we will not be responsible for any losses caused to the buyer as a result of late delivery and are unable to offer compensation if the agreed delivery date is missed or cancelled by the courier or ourselves.

  • When we use third party delivery companies; your contact details will be sent onto them to arrange delivery. The delivery companies are responsible for organising the delivery of your goods, and may not be completely flexible on delivery dates. You will receive a notification no more than 48 hours in advance of a delivery with a 3 hour time slot, if this doesn't work for you, you can reject this and they'll allocate you another on their next available date.

    Delivery Fees

  • We offer FREE standard 2-3 day delivery service following our lead time on all purchases to UK Mainland Only (excluding northern areas of Scotland or any non-mainland UK delivery addresses such as the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the Shetland Islands).

  • For purchases outside of Mainland UK, please contact us for an accurate quote.

    Assembly

  • Please note that some items will require the assembling of the legs which will be specified in the item’s description. Pre-drilled holes and fixings are provided.

    Damaged / Faulty Goods

  • It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect goods on delivery for damages, please make us aware of any damaged or faulty goods within 24 hours of receiving your order - anything over 24 hours and we will not be able to log your claim with any of the courier services for compensation.

    Returns

  • We are committed to delivering the highest standard of service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be unused. If the item is not in an unused condition we reserve the right to refuse your return or deduct a charge based on its condition.

  • If the item is damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of the return postage. We will not cover the cost of returning unwanted goods. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the item. Your refund will be made using the same method of payment originally used, if this is not possible for any reason we will contact you.

  • Until we have received a return you are responsible for the goods and the condition that they are returned in. Please ensure that the item is packaged sufficiently so no damage occurs as it may affect your refund.

  • We are unable to accept the return of any item which is bespoke or has been made to your dimensions or colour unless it has arrived damaged or there is a manufacturing fault.
